• For first-time use, sterilize the unit by running a full session at maximum temperature with no material loaded and the cap off. 
• To power on or power off, hold both buttons for 3 seconds. The CFX+ will vibrate when turned on/off.
• Click the upwards arrow to increase temperature by 1°c at a time, or hold the button down to increase temperature rapidly. You can decrease the temperature with the downward arrow using the same techniques. 
• Click the upwards and downward arrows to navigate through the 'Menu'. 
• To Select an option on the 'Menu', click the upwards and downward arrows together at the same time 
• To get back to the menu after selecting 'Start', click the upwards and downward arrows together at the same time.
