• CAN I USE THE FILTER CARTRIDGE BY ITSELF? No, the filter cartridge is designed specifically to work inside the reusable case for maximum efficacy.
• HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I NEED TO REPLACE THE FILTER? If you currently have a stick or pen vape you won’t need to buy a new one to use the PHLIP. Your vape will fit easily into the PHLIP opening. If you have a vape device that's larger or a different shape than a stick or pen, you can purchase a POCKET or a PHREND to use with your current vape.
• HOW DO I REFILL MY POCKET? Remove the old filter cartridge from the reusable silicone mouthpiece, toss it in the regular trash. It will biodegrade in less than 3 years at your local landfill. Keep the reusable silicone sleeve/mouthpiece and refill it with a new filter cartridge.
