How do I use a cigarette rolling mat?

1. Lay your mat out flat and place your rolling paper in the centre with the gumline facing upwards and towards you
2. Place your smoking material (tobacco or herb) in the paper with a filter or roach tip
3. Fold the mat over the paper & product and pick it up, holding the filled paper cradled in the mat between your thumb and finger.
4. Gently roll the mat upwards and downwards with your fingers and thumbs
5. Pull down so the gumline of the rolling paper is visible, and lick it, then roll upwards to seal the paper
