There is absolutely zero plastic in Santa Cruz's hemp-based grinder, so you can feel good about throwing it out; it's fully biodegradable but at the same time extremely durable. Santa Cruz have carefully considered their impact on the environment with this one, due to our high consumability it only makes sense to minimize the negative impingement that we all have on earth, we all have a responsibility!
That being said, these still deserve the 'Shredder' title that all Santa Cruz grinders bare, it's extremely durable with the teeth remaining sharp and guaranteed to produce a fluffy blend. Well done Santa Cruz.
