How do Boveda packs work?
These Boveda humidity packs keep stuff at the optimum humidity level to preserve freshness & flavour through 2-way humidity control. In an airtight environment such as a CVault, all Boveda are accurate to +/-2% on the RH printed on the pack. This 8g pack can stabilise the humidity of amounts up to 30g/1oz.
Which Boveda is right for me?
These 58% Boveda packs are ideal for using with regularly used items or for substances that you want to dry out more quickly. If you want to keep something for a longer period of time, then a 62% Boveda pack is more suitable.
Which CVault can I put my Boveda in?
Bovedas can be used in a variety of products to help maintain moisture levels such as instruments, food storage and more. They're often used inside CVault storage tins as they fit perfectly and work really well within the confined space.
These 8g Boveda Packs fit into the following CVaults:
- Medium CVault ( 1x 8g Boveda Needed)
- Large CVault (2 x 8g Boveda Needed)
When do I need to replace my Boveda Pack?
Boveda Humidity Packs should last for around 3 months in containers that are opened regularly and up to 2 years in a sealed, unopened package. If your pack feels completely solid all the way through, then it will need replacing. However, if you still feel soft spots, then it will still provide 2-way humidity control until all of it hardens.
