Click & Collect at Ali Bongo

During the first Lockdown in the UK we first introduced Click & Collect as a means of local customers being able to collect their goods at the store to pick up their essentials quickly and also to avoid shipping costs whilst our store is closed.

Everything that you'll find in our store you'll also find on our websites www.alibongo.co.uk & www.alibongocannabisseeds.co.uk so if you're local and fancy a stroll select Click & Collect, it's really simple!

Go to our website www.alibongo.co.uk or www.alibongocannabisseeds.co.uk, put the items you want in your basket and select Proceed to Checkout.
Either continue as a Guest, Log into your Account, or Create an Account for easier checkouts and the ability to see previous orders with future visits.
Enter your Shipping & Billing information. Confused as to why you need to enter an address even though your collecting? This is just for security in terms of taking payment, we may ask you to confirm your address when you collect as a way of verification.
Select Click & Collect as a shipping method and then Continue through Checkout.
Check all the items you wanted are in the checkout and select your payment method.

Done! You'll now receive an email confirming your order with your order number. Be sure to have access to this email when you arrive at the store to collect as we may want to see this (and photographic ID, certainly bring this if you're under 25 (or are fortunate enough to look under 25) as a way of verification.

You will be notified via email once your goods are ready to collect. Please note that Click & Collect is available from Mondays to Fridays 10am-5pm but be aware that our opening times vary during the festive season:-
