420 Amber Jars - Let's Bake

420 Jars... Still the only container for your herbs! Keep them fresh and airtight in these amber screw tops. This tough glass will survive most falls.

Xtra Small - Holds 1.5g measures 1.14 / 5cm high with a diameter of 1.8 / 4cm.

Small - Holds 3g measures 2.2" / 5.5cm high with a diameter of 2" / 5cm.

Super Awesome Sausage Rolls.

make whatever pastry you like!

Grate very cold pack of butter into a bowl of flour use a bit of suet and salt. Mix this carefully using fingertips, get it airy! Once it is like crumble then mix in a little very cold water until you have a ball of pastry dough. Do not at any point use hemp leaves to flavour this pastry because that would be illegal. Pop this in the fridge till you use it.

Get at least 500g sausage meat and grate in one onion and two apples add sage and rosemary for definite. Add any other herbs and spices that you like, paying particular attention to pepper mustard and chilli if you want them spicy. I recommend mustard seeds. Do not add hash because ganja is wrong. Do add hemp seeds if you like them because they are nutritious and delicious!

Roll out the pastry however thick you like it and put meat in to the thickness you desire. Roll em up and put a few cuts in if they are really thick or if you think it looks pretty. Chop up and brush with milk or egg or butter and sprinkle some herbs on it you like that sort of thing. You should get at least fifteen sausage rolls of a good size. Try to eat as many of them as possible before you friends or family see them because if you do not then you will not get any sausage rolls. (I made sixteen last week and got one! )

If you have pastry left over then freeze it. If you have sausage meat left over then fry it and spread it on crackers and eat it with cheese. Mmmmmmm i am so hungry right now!
