To qualify for this offer your order must be received between 00:01 on Friday 28th April 2017 and 23:59 on Monday 1st May 2017. UK GMT

Your payment must be cleared by 23.59 UK BST on Monday 1st May 2017 to qualify for this offer. If you select bank payment we must have payment in our bank   within the stated time. Due to this we cannot accept postal orders.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, your order will be shipped based on value and weight. We reserve the right to select the method of shipping which is best suited. Should you wish for your order to be shipped by a specific method, you will need to select this at the checkout.

In the unlikely event your order doesn’t not arrive, we will only re ship your order if you have selected a paid for an insured shipping method.

Our Dank Holiday promotions are incredibly popular, as such we will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible, however some delays may occur.

Due to the high popularity of our offers, in some cases your order may not be dispatched immediately, we will contact you through your order. In some extreme cases you may have to choose another option.

Due to high demand for this offer, we may not be able to give you your 1st choice of free seeds. If this is the case we will contact you to offer you an alternative.

If we do not have the items in stock when you place your order, you will still qualify for the offer, providing payment was cleared by 23.59 on Monday 1st May 2017 UK GMT.

If your item/s are showing as out of stock on the day/s of the offer you will not qualify for the free promo.

If your item/s are showing as in stock on the day/s of the promo, but is out of stock, you will still qualify for free promo.

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is an auto generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.

Ali Bongo may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.

Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to out terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.

All products and services are subject to availability. Ali Bongo endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by email and or telephone to discuss the options available. If a suitable replacement is not available we will refund you for this item. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

Ali Bongo is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Ali Bongo until paid for in full.

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a fully encrypted secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase. This may well include Visa and MasterCard 3d Secure authentication.

Ali Bongo may on occasion require a credit checks for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed, for this reason is important to supply a correct email and contact number.

All prices seen on the website are final. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

Sale of Cannabis Seeds 

Under Section 6 of the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State.All seeds are sold as souvenirs only. Due to the fact that some countries legally allow growing of hemp seeds some specifics are documented. This data is normally distributed via the World Wide Web and is available internationally. It is supplied to us by the breeder. Ali Bongo can accept no responsibility if you choose to break the law. Please don't.

Returns

If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be authorised by Ali Bongo by either phone, or e-mail before sending them back. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Ali Bongo will be sent back at your cost.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ali Bongo. We recommend using a postal method that requires a signature.

Warranty

If your goods are found to be faulty you are covered by a 24 month warranty. Please return your goods with your order number and a full description of the fault. Please contact us before doing this, in most cases we can resolve issues without the need to return your items. Please be aware this does not cover accidental damages. 

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country's national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.

Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 14 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail, which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.

Please be aware that as of the 30th September 2016 we can only accept card payment from the countries listed below. You may still be presented the payment page when ordering from a country not on this list but the payment will be declined. We can only accept orders for cannabis seeds from the countries listed below. This also applies to all CBD based products.
