- By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Ali Bongo for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
- Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any "down time".
- Ali Bongo may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

- Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website an does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.
- All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Ali Bongo may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
- Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.
- Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to out terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
- All products and services are subject to availability. Ali Bongo endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.
- Ali Bongo are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.
US Armed Forces
- We have been contacted but the US Armed Forces in the UK and Trading standards. We have been asked to display the below information and conform to it. Members of the US Armed are more than welcome to purchase any products that are not covered by the below order.

- Free Delivery*. . This offer applies to all the seeds in our range if you order anything else, with your seeds, normal shipping rates will apply. This offer applies to UK SEED ONLY orders. We will choose the option of shipping based on the value of your order. This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
- All payments are taken in GBP (UK pound).
- If you choose to view the products in a currency other than GBP the price displayed on the site is a guide only, you will be charged at the rate of exchange at the time of completion of payment.
- Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
- All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Ali Bongo until paid for in full.
- Ali Bongo does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.
- All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase.
- Ali Bongo may on occasion require a credit checks for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.
All prices seen on the website are final. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

- UK Royal Mail 1st Class - £2.00 Usually next working day, however can take longer. No signature required.There is no compensation available for lost packages and the maximum order value that can be sent via First Class is £15.00.
- UK Royal Mail Recorded Signed for Delivery - £3.00 Usually next working day, however can take longer. Signature required.Can be tracked to a certain degree through Royal Mail website www.Royalmail.com and Compensation is available for lost packages from the Royal Mail for up to £32.00. In the event of a lost package we reserve the right not to send a replacement until royal mail settle the claim, this can take up to 8 weeks. The maximum order value that can be sent via Signed for is £70.00
- UK Royal Mail Special Delivery - £5.50 Guaranteed next working day by 13.00hrs (If order received before 15.00hrs UK TIME)Signature required. Or your postage costs back. Full tracking is available through the Royal Mail website www.Royalmail.com Compensation is available from the Royal Mail for up to £250. This is the most reliable service offered by Royal Mail.
- UK Royal Mail Special SATURDAY Delivery - £6.50 Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday by 13.00hrs (If order received before 13.00hrs UK TIME on a Friday) signature required, or your postage costs back. Full tracking is available through the Royal Mail website www.Royalmail.com Compensation is available from the Royal Mail for up to £250. This is the most reliable service offered by Royal Mail.
- Courier Deliveries - £5.50 Guaranteed next working day by 16.00hrs (If order received before 14.00hrs UK TIME) Signature requires. Although we are prepaired to send the goods without a signature upon your request. This can be done on the understanding that once the goods have been delivered we "Ali Bongo" Cannot take any responsiblility for the goods. This is because without a signature we have no control over you receiving the goods. We will not enter into a claim for missing goods if you have requested a no signature service as there is no way of confirming that this is the case.
We Now offer two levels of International shipping.
£9.00 This includes £30 insurance. We WILL NOT ENTER ANY CLAIM OVER THIS AMOUNT IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE.
£12.00 This service has an increased cover up to £250.00 If you require further cover please contact us.
- Royal Mail Airmail - International Signed for - To send small packages overseas. Packages must be signed for on receipt There is no tracking facility available, and no compensation for lost packages. We are told that packages take around a week to arrive at their destination, however packages have been known to take as long as two months in extreme cases.
- Royal Mail Airmail Airsure - The Signed For service is a little more reliable.There is a tracking facility on www.RoyalMail.com, however, it can only track packages up until the point that they leave the UK. Compensation is available for lost packages for up to £32.00. Packages will normally take up to a week to arrive, however the Royal Mail will not accept a package as being lost until after 2 months. We are unable to ship replacement packages until that time.

Returns
- Please note that all returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Ali Bongo by either phone, fax, post or e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from Ali Bongo will be sent back at your cost.
- All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ali Bongo.
- If you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however shipping charges are non-refundable. Faulty/Damaged Products
- In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us. In the UK, items should be sent back via First Class Recorded Delivery. We will not accept extra charges for other courier services or guaranteed next day services. Overseas, items should only be sent back using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
- Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.
