Credit & Debit Card Payment Secure Trading (RECOMMENDED) - Goods dispatched immediately if the order is received before 3.30 PM. Subject to your details being valid.

Western Union - Goods dispatched on receipt of funds.

Pay Pal - Goods dispatched on receipt of funds.

Cash - Goods dispatched on receipt. 

Postal Order - Goods dispatched upon receipt.

Cheque - Goods dispatched upon clearance of cheque - up to 7 days.

Guaranteed delivery on a Saturday by 13.00hrs*** (If order received before 3.30pm on a Friday, stock depending). Signature required and fully tracked. Applies to orders up to 1 Kilo. Insured up to £500.You can order mid week and select Saturday special if you want us to dispatch your order on Friday to arrive on the Saturday.

Courier Pack 1-5kg - £6.50

Heavy/Over sized Courier - £9.95

Delivered by 4pm the next working day for orders 5kg - 25kg. (Orders must be received by 2pm to ensure same day dispatch, stock depending).

Orders dispatched on Friday will arrive on Monday.Not insured but very rarely goes missing. Can be any size as long as it fits in the van.

Royal Mail Airmail Tracked

Airmail Tracked (Light) - £6.50

Insured up to a maximum £30 ~The service used will be either Airsure or International signed for, Depending on your destination 5-7 Working days delivery time but can take longer ~~.Covering orders up to 110 Grams.

Tracked Airmail (Light) + extra insurance - £8.00

Insured up to a maximum £250 ~ The service used will be either Airsure or International Signed For, Depending on your destination 5-7 Working days but can take longer ~~Covering orders Up to 110 Grams when packed.

Airmail Tracked (Heavy) - £9.00

The service used will be either Airsure or International sign for Depending on your destination 5-7 Working days delivery time but can take longer ~~ Insured up to £30~ for orders between 110 Grams and 1.5kg

Airmail Tracked (Heavy) + extra Insurance - £13.00

The service used will be either Airsure or International sign for Depending on your destination 5-7 Working days delivery time but can take longer. Insured Up to £250~ for orders between 110 grams and 1.5kg. Items that weigh over 1.5Kg will be shipped via international courier and the exact cost will be calculated once the order has been packed. You will have to select from the available postage options but the amount that you pay will be deducted from the final shipping cost. Please feel to contact us for an exact quote if your order is likely to weigh over 1.5Kg when packed and you are outside the UK.

Extra Information

*  Usually First Class or First Class signed for arrive the next day and if not within 2 working days. If they don’t arrive within 2 working days 99.9% of the time they will arrive within 10 working days.

** Royal Mail does not consider signed for Items missing for 15 working days. If this time has passed and the Royal Mail online tracking doesn’t show that they have been delivered then we can put in a claim for the missing goods. This takes about 4-5 weeks to process but is very rarely necessary and Royal Mail will pay the value of the goods Up to £30.

*** If your delivery doesn’t arrive by 1pm the next working day (or on the Saturday for Saturday Special) Royal Mail will repay the cost of the postage to you. This isn’t instant and can take several weeks.

**** In the unlikely event that you have not received your delivery by 4pm please let us know and we can find out if the courier has been delayed. If you live in a place that is hard to find or difficult to access please provide extra instructions as unlike the postman the courier driver probably will not know the area completely. Mails Packs are approximately 27cmx27cmx10cm when fully packed. Courier packs are approximately 50cmx35cmx20cm fully packed. There is no insurance on the goods sent by Courier so we limit the value of courier deliveries to £100 unless they are too heavy or bulky to be shipped by any other method. Although our courier ships to most of the UK there are some exclusions as below.

We cannot ship your goods to these postcodes without extra cost. If an order is placed and your delivery address is found in the excluded list then we will ship your order by another method, and in most cases at no extra cost. Unless the courier is the only option due to the size or weight of the goods. In which case there could be an extra cost.

~ If in the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive they are insured up to the value stated on the delivery option you selected when the order was placed. The insurance covers against the goods being lost or damaged but doesn’t cover glass ware. Because of this Glassware is heavily packed and this may result in the packed order weighing much more than the item itself. This takes about 4-5 weeks to process but is very rarely necessary. We cannot insure goods going to Russia. The insurance will not pay out if the goods that you have purchased are illegal and therefore have probably been seized upon reaching your country of residence.

~~ Royal Mail are not able to ship aerosol items or items that are over 60cm long by Airmail/Tracked Airmail. Aerosols cannot be shipped over sea due to this fact. Items over 1.5kg cannot be shipped by Royal Mail airmail.
